It seems that each year is going faster and faster! We are all trying to fit so much in and get so much done and while this time of year seems to the one of the busiest, it is also a wonderful opportunity to reflect.
Our regular clients would have noticed a drastic change each time they visit us; with demolition of our old office and operations buildings being the main focus of the last few months. We can happily say this is now completed and we are ready to commence building. Although as always with these projects, it is now a waiting game for final building approvals as well as the builder’s availability to get going at this time of year.
Therefore, we will be in our ‘lovely’ site office a little longer. We appreciate everyone’s patience with these works. We cannot wait until they are completed and we can show off what is now many months of hard work.
We are just over 2 weeks away from Christmas! For those of you who are lucky enough to be staying with us during this busy time here are a few links that might be of help to make check-in and check-out as smooth as possible;

Please have all medications and special diet food (if required) labelled and accompanied by our Medication/Special Diet forms.
We cannot accept ANY bedding or toys. We supply everything your pets need.

We would like to say a huge thanks to everyone who came in for our Howl-O-Ween Party on the 31st of October! The Pets Hotel Country Club played host to a great number of superheros, pumpkins, fairies, bats and many more 'creatures' for the day. The staff would like to give a huge congratulations to all the fur mums and dads that helped their munchkins dress up, we had heaps and heaps and heaps of fun!

Due to The Pets Hotel Country Club looking after so many pets over the Christmas and New Year holidays, Daycare will be unavailable from Wednesday 20th December to Sunday 7th of January 2018.
We will however have an end of year break up party on Tuesday the 19th December to celebrate a great year! Daycare will be discounted to $25 for the day and we welcome all to come dressed up in their best outfits for this special day.
We will miss anyone who isn’t staying with us during our Christmas and New Year period. We wish you all a very big Happy Holidays from The Pets Hotel Country Club and can’t wait to see you all again in 2018!
